The cost of renting housing in Warsaw is constantly growing. The average rental price for small apartments up to 40 sq.m in the Polish capital in October 2023 was 2976 zlotys and increased over the month by 39 zlotys (1.3%), and compared to October 2022 it increased by 215 zlotys (7.2 %).

The growth in rents is even higher in larger apartments (see table).
